Naoki Murata has been in charge of immunization in domestic and foreign companies for more than 20 years. He contributed to the introduction of preventive vaccines for pediatric vaccines (Hib infection, pediatric pneumococcal disease, etc.) from foreign companies regarding the vaccine gap proposed in the Vaccine Industry Vision, leading to the revision of the Immunization Law (making vaccines available as routine vaccinations) in 2013. He has extensive contacts in the vaccine industry and medical experts, and has developed a network of contacts with the politicians.

He is a graduate of Tokyo University of Science and holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
