GR Japan welcomed the Luxembourg Ambassador to Japan, H.E. Mr. Pierre Ferring, to our latest International Policy Forum (IPF) lunch meeting on 14 May.  Ambassador Ferring shared his views on the latest developments in the European Union, including on Brexit, and the impact they have on the business environment.  Ambassador Ferring also talked about how these negotiations and developments have unfolded, and how they impact upon businesses globally and also in Japan, from his first-hand experience as the EU Sherpa of the Luxembourg Prime Minister, in charge of preparing the meetings of the EU Heads of State and Government in Brussels.
